The Jacobs Institute of Women's Health advances women's health through an integrated program of social science research, policy analysis and public education. The Institute collaborates with a variety of key constituencies to develop research, reports, guidelines, programs, and initiatives. Our work provides health care professionals, policymakers and the public with accurate, balanced, evidence-based information about current and emerging women's health care issues. We specialize in facilitating the transfer of important scientific information through congressional briefings, symposia and conferences that bring together researchers and practitioners from various backgrounds.
