Support the Jacobs Institute of Women's Health
We are very pleased that the Jacobs Institute of Women's Health has joined the GW family. In our six months of formal affiliation, we have all found new synergies and important ways to further the research agenda of the Institute. Currently, some of the major projects with which the Institute is involved include: a study of health issues of incarcerated women, supported by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration; a collaboration with the National Committee for Quality Assurance, the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and the American Heart Association on a project to improve quality of care for women at risk for cardiovascular disease; and development of a strong educational component and a new dedication to the advancement of women's health policy as a field of study.
Clearly, we cannot do this work alone and we are deeply grateful for all our supporters. With this newly formed alliance, we are confident you will want to support the important work of the Jacobs Institute.
This year we are pleased to offer individuals who contribute $50.00 or more and organizations that contribute $200.00 or more a one-year print and online subscription to Women's Health Issues, our bi-monthly peer-reviewed journal. This one-year subscription has a gift value of $30.00.
The important work of the Jacobs Institute cannot move forward without your help. To make your gift to the Jacobs Institute please use our secure website, www.gwu.edu/give2gw, and enter "Jacobs Institute" in the "Other" line. We thank you in advance for your philanthropic partnership with the Jacobs Institute of Women's Health.
